How do I purchase a fabric sample?
Samples are located on the product page of each fabric. Once there, select the “Sample” box.
What size are the samples?
Samples are just a small cutting for color matching. Samples are about the size of a dollar bill.
What is your return policy?
We do not take returns on cut fabric, unless you received the wrong fabric or the fabric is flawed. If you are unsure if a fabric will meet your specific needs, order a sample. If you received flawed or incorrect fabric, contact us via the "Contact Us" form or email: firstname.lastname@example.org to start a return.
How wide is the fabric?
All fabrics sold by ShopFabric.com are 54" usable width.
Why is the color different from what I saw online?
All screens/monitors will interpret the colors of the fabric differently. Please make sure you purchase a sample, we only do returns per our Return Policy.
What size are the patterns?
Pattern repeats are listed on each product page. If not, please contact customer support for repeat/pattern sizes. Also, most of our photography contains yard sticks to give you a better idea of the patterns sizes.
How do I clean my fabric?
All printed fabrics have a cleaning code of SW or WB.
For Indoor Cotton Based Fabrics: SW - This means they should be cleaned using a sponge and mild detergent then air dry. Washing machines and dryers are too abrasive for printed fabric. Customers have successfully used these machines in the past with cold water, gentle cycle, and line dry; however, ShopFabric will not accept warranty claims for machine washed fabrics.
For Outdoor Polyester Based Fabrics: WB - These fabrics can be cleaned with a water-based cleanser or diluted bleach.
When will my fabric ship?
ShopFabric ships most orders received prior to 12pm CST the same day. Orders received after 12pm CST will ship the following day. If you need a shipment expedited, please contact Customer Service via the "Contact Us" page. ShopFabric ships Monday-Friday.
Can I call you?
In order to keep fabric prices as low as possible, we do not staff phone lines. We prefer to be contacted via email or messenger. If your situation requires a phone call, please request this via Customer Service.
